Payment terms:

  • Conference participation fee:
    • Basic participation with a 1-night hotel room (in rooms for 2 people, with breakfast) – includes 2 days of conference proceedings, presentation of a paper, publication of an article, coffee breaks, two dinners, and a ceremonial banquet, (on December 10-11, 2024) – PLN 750 (175 euros);
    • Basic participation without accommodation, includes 2 days of conference proceedings, presentation of a paper, publication of an article, coffee breaks, two lunches, and a ceremonial banquet – PLN 650 (EUR 152);
    • Passive participation with a 1-night hotel room (in rooms for 2 people, with breakfast) includes 2 days of conference proceedings, publication of an article, coffee breaks, two dinners, and a ceremonial banquet, 1 night on December 10-11, 2024) – PLN 750 (EUR 175);
    • Passive participation without accommodation, includes 2 days of conference proceedings, publication of an article, coffee breaks, two dinners, and a ceremonial banquet – PLN 650 (EUR 152);
    • It is possible to accommodate guests the day before the start of the conference (December 9, 2024) in a hotel room for 2 people, with breakfast, and an additional fee of PLN 110 (EUR 26);
    • For PhD students, the rates are lessened by PLN 100 (EUR 23) (the provision does not apply to the costs of additional accommodation).
  • The amount mentioned, depending on the type of participation, should be paid by December 5, 2024, by transfer to the account:

  • The deadline for accepting applications is December 6, 2024.
  • If you are interested in participating, in the conference, please fill out the application form on the conference website.
  • The deadline for accepting texts for publication is February 18, 2025.
  • The text will be published only if it receives a positive review.
