The appropriate setting and venue during the conference sessions, on generally understood defense and security issues will be provided by the Club of the Military University of Technology, which is part of the infrastructure of the Military University of Technology, with one of the largest and most modern conference rooms in Warsaw, where the official opening of the conference and plenary panels will be held. The Club of MUT will also host debates – parallel thematic panels, lunches and coffee breaks.
The Training and Conference Center of the Military University of Technology, located within the short walking distance, will be the venue for a ceremonial banquet, which will take place in the evening on the first day of the conference. The building houses hotel rooms for event participants.
