Objectives of the conference:                                                                                              

The aim of the conference is to conduct a debate and integrate the scientific community in order to develop common views on the state’s ability to counteract the cascading threats that in recent years have taken the form of the COVID-19 pandemic and then the war in Ukraine, leading to a global political and economic crisis. These efforts are aimed at building the desired state of security and defense of the Republic of Poland and the European region. The issues discussed will be considered broadly, based on the presentation of scientific research results regarding geopolitical, military and non-military conditions, presented in the political, social, economic, ecological, legal and organizational context.
