Conference formula:
- The conference formula includes:
- A moderated discussion of scientists and experts during the plenary panel opening the event, followed by the question-from-the-room session.
- Thematic panels (3-6 panelists and a moderator) consisting of two stages. In the first stage, the speakers will present their research (approx. 15 minutes), followed by a session of questions from the audience.
- Moderators will submit the topics of a panel indicating 3-6 panelists who will participate in it, and will also register and pay the conference fees. In the case of the submitted panels, the moderator decides on the form of a moderated discussion of approximately 15 minutes long, with panelists’ involvement. In the case of different variants, the second part of the panels should be devoted to a ‘from the floor’ question session.
- The conference is organized as a real-life event.
- Publication of articles is expected in a peer-reviewed monograph or a renowned scientific journal (from the list of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education):

- “Eastern European Studies” – 70 points.
- “Defense Science Review” – 20 points, journal indexed in the ERIH PLUS database

- “Army Logistics Systems” – 70 points. magazine indexed in the following databases: Scopus and ERIH PLUS
- “Modern Management Systems” – 20 points, journal indexed in the ERIH PLUS database
- “Scientific Journal of Safety and Logistics” (journal published in the USA) – 5 points.
- and other.
- The publishing of an article1 in individual journals is based on the approval of the editorial team and a positive peer review.
