At the Military University of Technology, recruitment for second-cycle studies conducted in English is ongoing until February 1, 2024, starting from the summer semester 2023/2024.
Taking into account the requirements of the modern labor market and the growing demand for specialists speaking English, the educational offer of the Military University of Technology includes seven fields of study in English.
Recruitment for second-cycle studies in English covers the following fields:
- National Security
- Chemistry;
- Data science;
- Electronics and Telecommunications;
- Geodesy and Geoinformatics;
- Materials Engineering;
- Mechanical Engineering;
- Optoelectronic.

Recruitment includes registration in the IRK online recruitment system and submission of documents.
Schedule of the recruitment procedure in 2024
From 15 November 2023 to 1 February 2024: registration of candidates via the Internet Registration of Candidates – required to complete the application form – personal data, selected fields of study, attaching a color photograph in electronic form, the result of graduation being the basis for calculating ranking points and payment of the application fee.
By 1 February, you must deliver in person or by post:
In the case of Polish documents:
- a printed personal questionnaire from the Internet Registration of Candidates (IRK);
- Polish diploma and supplement (copy – original available for inspection);
- a certificate confirming the knowledge of English at least at the B2 level.
In the case of foreign documents:
- a printed personal questionnaire from the Internet Registration of Candidates (IRK);
- a foreign diploma with an apostille and a supplement or other document of graduation from a university abroad, entitling to apply for admission to second-cycle studies in the country in which it was issued (original);
- translation of the diploma and the supplement into Polish by a sworn translator entered on the list of translators by the Ministry of Justice (original);
- a certificate confirming the knowledge of English at least at the B2 level (original);
- copy of passport or other official identity document (original available for inspection).
* In the case of sending documents by post, the diploma of completion of first-cycle studies must be in the original or in the form of a photocopy certified by a notary.
Examples of types of documents confirming the knowledge of the English language:
- IELTS (International English Language Testing System) – Level 6.0;
- CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference) – Level B2;
- Cambridge FCE/B2 First;
- TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) – 87-109 points;
- TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication) – Level B2 (all skills: listening, speaking, reading, writing).
- ACERT Certificate – level B2.
All documents necessary for the recruitment process must be presented in Polish.
In the case of documents in a foreign language, a sworn translation into Polish is required by a sworn translator entered on the list of sworn translators of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Poland.
Documents authorizing to take up or continue studies should have an apostille stamp or legalization.
The results obtained by the candidate in the subjects covered by the recruitment procedure are calculated and entered into the University Admissions System by the University on the basis of the presented documents.
Recruitment fee
The recruitment fee is 85 PLN. Payments must be made immediately after registration to the individual account number generated during online registration. After admission to studies, the fee for issuing a student card should be transferred to the same account number.
As part of the application fee, you can choose one field of study for each form of study. You can make corrections or changes to selected fields of study until the last day of registration, until 1 February 2024.
Announcement of recruitment results
The results of the recruitment procedure will be announced on 14 February 2024.
The information will appear on your individual IRK account along with the date of the organizational meeting.
In case of admission to studies, the student card fee must be paid to the individual account number generated during registration for studies.
Supplementary recruitment
In case of vacancies, supplementary recruitment is carried out – a second round, for specific fields of study.
Registration in the supplementary recruitment (second round) and changing the field of study will be possible until the limit of places in the field of study is exhausted, from February 15 to 20, 2024.
Studia II stopnia w języku angielskim – trwa rekrutacja
W Wojskowej Akademii Technicznej do 1 lutego 2024 r. trwa rekrutacja na studia II stopnia, prowadzone w języku angielskim, rozpoczynające się od semestru letniego 2023/2024. Studia adresowane są do obywateli polskich i cudzoziemców. Kandydaci powinni potwierdzić odpowiednim certyfikatem znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie minimum B2.
Uwzględniając wymagania współczesnego rynku pracy oraz rosnące zapotrzebowanie na specjalistów posługujących się językiem angielskim, w ofercie kształcenia Wojskowej Akademii Technicznej znalazło się siedem kierunków studiów w języku angielskim.
Rekrutacja na studia II stopnia w języku angielskim obejmuje kierunki:
- Chemistry (Chemia);
- Data science (Analiza danych);
- Electronics and Telecommunications (Elektronika i telekomunikacja);
- Geodesy and Geoinformatics (Geodezja i geinformatyka);
- Materials Engineering (Inżynieria materiałowa);

WAŻNE INFORMACJE
Rejestracja na studia odbywa się za pośrednictwem Internetowej Rejestracji Kandydatów (IRK). Należy wybrać zakładkę Studies in English.
Termin składania dokumentów – do 1 lutego 2024 r.
Po zarejestrowaniu w systemie internetowym IRK należy dostarczyć do uczelni osobiście, poprzez upoważnioną osobę lub pocztą:
- wydrukowaną z systemu ankietę osobową kandydata na studia drugiego stopnia,
- kserokopię dyplomu ukończenia studiów wyższych – oryginał do wglądu (w wyjątkowych przypadkach, na etapie rejestracji, może być zaświadczenie o ukończeniu studiów z podaniem wyniku ukończenia),
- dokument potwierdzający przebieg dotychczasowych studiów: suplement, indeks lub karta przebiegu studiów,
- ewentualnie inne dokumenty potwierdzające posiadane kompetencje.
W przypadku dokumentów zagranicznych należy dostarczyć:
- wydrukowaną z systemu ankietę osobową kandydata na studia drugiego stopnia,
- dyplom zagraniczny opatrzony apostille wraz z suplementem lub inny dokument ukończenia studiów wyższych za granicą, uprawniający do ubiegania się o przyjęcie na studia drugiego stopnia w kraju, w którym został wydany (oryginał),
- tłumaczenie dyplomu oraz suplementu na język polski przez tłumacza przysięgłego wpisanego na listę tłumaczy Ministerstwa Sprawiedliwości (oryginał),
- certyfikat potwierdzający znajomość języka angielskiego co najmniej na poziomie B2 (oryginał),
- kopię paszportu lub innego urzędowego dokumentu tożsamości (oryginał do wglądu).
