Ladies and Gentlemen!
The Institute of Organization and Management of Security, Logistics and Management Faculty of the Military University of Technology in Warsaw cordially invites to participate in the scientific conference, titled: MODERN CONCEPTS AND MANAGEMENT METHODS: Managing human capital in the conditions of insecurity and permanent changes. From theory to practice which will be held on December 6th – 7th December 2022. This year’s edition of the conference will be held in the on-line formula, which is related to the epidemic situation in the country and uncertainty about the possibility of holding the conference in traditional form – face to face.
The leading subject of this year conference is managing human capital in the conditions of insecurity and permanent changes with the use of modern information -communication technologies in business, public and social entities.
Our conference provides researchers and practitioners a forum of discussion, offers possibility to exchange knowledge and experience and integrates scientific and practitioners community. The aim of this year conference is focused on issues concerning managing human capital in the conditions of insecurity and permanent changes amongst others caused by the dissemination of the information communication technologies in business, public and social entities.
We also invite – as in previous years – to take part in a discussion on contemporary problems, challenges, concepts and management methods, both from a theoretical and practical perspective. The wide range of issues opens an area for analysis of concerns related to management of human capital in the contemporary organization.
We are also pleased to announce that it is the 12th edition of the conference.
